Hey y’all, it’s Star from illuminet and the Area Buzz checking in with a special review for you. We started our voyage to the Mall of America Saturday, December 20th, 2025, barreling through some really nasty weather with one thing on our mind, and that’s visiting Sea Life Mall of America. Since we have been here in the past, we remembered where to park. We entered Sea Life and were greeted by very friendly and professional staff that were very helpful in letting us know the processes and where to go. When you first enter the Sea Life exhibition area, the scenery transforms and you become engulfed and immersed within the habitat of the wildlife you are surrounded by.

Being an aquarium enthusiast myself, one of the first things I noticed was the African cichlid aquariums. I always loved this variety of cichlids and the setups they have here are topnotch and very enjoyable to view. Passing by the Caymans, we entered the underwater tunnel and the sturgeon lake exhibit. Here you will find giant sturgeons and other monster fish. Here I always love to see my favorite fish, the red devil and midas cichlids swimming along with massive pacu. Once we got through this exhibit, we entered Shark Cove and this never disappoints. There is something really surreal about having these sharks all around you and over you makes you feel like you are literally swimming with the sharks. Giant stingrays will also be present here at the exhibit as well as giant tortoises and just about anything you can think of. There are so many amazing and beautiful species on display here at Sea Life Mall of America. Make sure to bring your camera as every moment seems to be an amazing shot. Once we left the underwater tunnel, we were instantly transported into what looked like another dimension from the future, the jellyfish exhibit.

In here, you will be dazzled by the room’s decor and the many different jellyfish surrounding you. This is a really nice addition to an already amazing attraction. Next stop, the gift shop, where you are sure to find something for kids and adults. Also, I should mention there is a large party room, so plan your next birthday parties here at Sea Life. Last but not least, a really unique and fun exhibit is the Ray Lagoon. This lagoon is filled with stingrays and gives kids and adults the chance to actually feed them. It’s a great ending to an already fabulous experience and is sure to create many memories for families who visit. We had a really good time here at Sea Life Mall of America and really recommend you come out and check it out for yourself. Check out their website. Their link will be in the description. Well, that about does it folks. I’m Star from Aluminina in conjunction with the area buzz. Hope you enjoyed my review of Sea Life Mall of America. And that’s a wrap.
